因为朋友的关系，今天有幸免费参与property investment讲座

有时会想：28岁才学习各方面的投资，会迟吗？

不过，我想：应该不迟吧！因为28岁才有能力,且经济稳定，所以可以让自己去做各方面的投资

1.location

Factor

-working /business opportunity

-mature neighborhood 

-close to kl town

2. Amenities

-sustain basic needs of township 

Eg: 

Primary(3-5km):clinic,school

Secondary(5-20km): hypermarket,shopping,hospital

3. Securities and design concept

- gated and guarded

- landscaping 

4. Branding and sizable 

- when 1,2,3 acceptable,branding will be +ve

5. Developer commitment and branding 

6. Advertisement / property guru
